OUR SERVICES
Maanyag is committed to provide our employers with professional services on time, both in terms of obtaining the right placement for our workers and getting the right workers with the right skills, flexibility and adaptability, pleasing personal traits and working attitude.
SOURCING AND MANPOWER POOLING
MIMC maintains a manpower pool of ready-to-leave workers called from private and public employment offices located in key regions of the country. If required, MIMC shall make all the arrangements for the immediate sourcing or identification of the needed workers not identified or available in our existing pool.
PRE-SCREENING AND SHORTLISTING
The workers who are recommended for possible overseas employment go through a thorough screening process and a series of rigorous tests, such as a psychometric exam, to assess their personality, interest, aptitude, and general intellect. An overall appraisal of their suitability for the job is done through in-depth interviews, allowing us to gain a deeper insight into the applicant’s psyche. Results of the screening and testing will bear considerable weight in choosing the appropriate workers.
FINAL SELECTION
MIMC can provide our client’s representatives with all the facilities and assistance in making their final selection fast and efficient. If so desired, MIMC can do the final selection of their needed workers for and in behalf of our foreign employers with full guarantee on the workers competence and capabilities.
SKILLS TRADE TESTING
Upon the employer’s request, MIMC may arrange for applicants to undergo skill testing designed to check and assess proficiencies required by our principals. These tests are administered by credible and accredited government and private institutions/trade test centers.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All selected workers are required to undergo and pass the country specific standard medical examinations, conducted in cooperation with the Philippine government institutions such as the Department of Health (DoH) and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), as well as medical clinics and hospitals that are approved and accredited by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration. An official written medical report may be provided to the employer upon request.
PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION
MIMC is comprised of competent personnel to process the required documents of selected workers. Our documentation specialists personally monitor and ensure the prompt processing for passports, contracts, travel and exit passes, tax exemptions, visa processing and applications and other related clearances and paperwork.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR
To further ensure quality performance, MAANYAG conducts intensive orientations to better prepare the workers for
the host country’s customs and traditions, as well as the psychological demands of the job. These sessions include basic information on the country of destination, the principal’s company policy, employment terms and conditions, the principal’s expectations on selected workers and other pertinent information.
TICKETING AND SEND-OFF SERVICES
Our experienced and efficient documentation staff can handle airline booking, flight confirmation and final ticketing with proficiency and ease. We also provide airport assistance to all departing workers at the point of embarkation. Moreover, our employers are constantly advised on the schedule of the workers; updates are sent via fax, email or telephone a week before and right after their departure from Manila, Philippines. As per procedure, we send all the documents and credentials with the departing workers if requested/required by the employers on the job site for other formalities.
OUR PROCESS
To maintain consistent, reliable, and quality service for both clients and applicants, MAANYAG INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER CORPORATION (MIMC) follows a four-step recruitment process:
- Sourcing and Placement – Companies and corporations go to MIMC to avoid the tedious task of finding the right person for their job vacancies.
- Applicant Pooling – MIMC has access to a pool of applicants from different fields of industry (obtained through various avenues such as internet ads, social media, campus recruitment, and job fairs), from which they can screen and select based on the principal company’s specifications.
- Screening Process – Selected applicants will undergo careful screening administered via a computerized testing package, which includes aptitude testing, technical interviews, and skill evaluation. Background checks are also performed during this process.
- Matching Process – The CV’s of the selected applicants from the screening process are sent to the employer for their perusal.
