MAANYAG INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER CORPORATION (MIMC) is a premiere manpower agency in the Philippines specializing in the recruitment, development, training, management, and deployment of overseas skilled, semi-skilled, professional, and household Filipino workers anywhere in the world.
Since its establishment, MAANYAG has catered to the staffing needs of numerous international employers in various fields of discipline, such as Finance & Accounting, Engineering & Architecture, Information Technology, Health Care, Oil & Drilling, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Housekeeping & Laundry, Telecommunications, Catering, Construction & Transportation, Fashion Design, and Overseas Performing Arts.

The company was incorporated and officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 04 December 2000. The license to operate as a private recruitment and manpower agency from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) was issued on 05 March 2004.

OUR HISTORY
1993
The owner of MIMC has been in the industry since 1993, specializing in the recruitment, training, management and deployment of Overseas Performing Artists (OPA) to different countries such as Japan and the Middle East.
2004
Maanyag International Manpower Corporation (MIMC) started operating as a company recognized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
2007
The company began diversifying and providing international clients with workers from different fields such as household workers, craftsmen, Information Technology professionals, engineers, medical personnel and others.
2011
This year marked another milestone for the company, as the Japanese market once again opened its doors for the various services being offered by MIMC.
2019
March 10, 2019 marked another milestone for the company as it became the very first Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA) to deploy a care worker under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) of Japan.
2020
Today, MIMC stands true to its promise of providing world class service excellence and satisfaction to its stakeholders and clients through continuous improvement and development of its processes and systems.
OUR TEAM
MIMC is equip with well trained and competent recruitment officers, marketing staff and interviewers that conduct Special Recruitment Activities (SRAs), Job Fairs and interviews in different provinces and regions of the Philippines to look for workers or applicants that are highly skilled, experienced, and has a good working attitude and personal character for our foreign principals and/or clients.
As part of MIMC’s commitment to provide quality workers and/or applicants for our foreign principals and/or clients, our recruitment officers, marketing staff and interviewers undergo a series of quarterly trainings and seminars to further enhance and improve their skills and capabilities. These seminars and trainings are conducted by professional speakers known in their own respective field.
